In this class, you'll learn traditional flat intarsia knitting methods, tips for clean color transitions, and techniques to achieve polished results.



Prerequisites:
Must know how to knit, and purl to take this class. 

Materials:
Yarn: 100 grams of the main color and 50 grams of the contrast color in a chunky-weight yarn. We recommend Cascade 128 or Ikigai Chibi Paka

Needles and Notions:
US size 9 (5.5mm) and 10 (6.0mm) knitting needles. The beanie is knit flat, so straight needles are appropriate, as well as 24" or longer circular needles.
Stitch markers, scissors, tapestry needle

Pattern:

Gauge:
15.5 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch using larger needles

Homework:
As this is a one-night class, please have the ribbing/brim completed.
